Ted Stevens was the youngest stock broker on the New York Stock Exchange when he started investing on Wall Street over 40 years ago and quickly became rising star in one of America’s toughest environments. While maintaining his investment portfolio and clients, Ted expanded into corporate security and built that business into the 3 rd largest polygraph security firm in the New York/Tri-State area. As an investor by nature, real estate became a natural transition for Ted where he quickly became an award winning agent and broker. Ted has a unique understanding of the personal and financial investment his clients make when buying or selling real estate and the importance of doing things right the first time. His understanding of market cycles and how to buy and sell have helped his clients navigate through good and bad markets with great success.
